Part of the point of my blog is to document my fitness progress.
I have joined a gym, Lifetime Fitness, and bought a bicycle (which I’m having a great time with!)
When I joined the gym, I had a “Body Age” assessment done. I will turn 50 in October, but the assessment came back as a body age of 58. So, my goal is to work out and get my “Body Age” down.
Then on my birthday, which is October 22, I am going to throw a birthday party for myself. But, I’m not going to celebrate turning 50, I’m going to celebrate whatever a repeat of a “Body Age” assessment shows in October.
I’m shooting for 46! Wish me luck and follow along!
